BUSN 1101 - Introduction to Business
As a team, we developed an idea for an all in one subscription box with pet food, toys, and treats named Pet Basket. To demonstrate our viability in the market, we created a detailed business plan outlining our company's goals and financials. We also created a more concise slideshow to present to a guest Venture Capitalist.

INTB 1203 - International Business
In groups, we chose an American company, Tiffany & Co., and decided to implement a retail store in a whole new country, Norway. We were then tasked to create an analysis report on the implications of the new market entry using what we learned about international business practices.

Throughout the semester, my group and I partcipated in a bike simulation with our company, SteadFast Bikes. We were tasked with writing a report on the decisions and outcomes we made in quarters 1-3 and our plans for the future quarters.

My team created a podcast series with a goal to empower Black & LatinX Businesses in the Greater Boston area. The series features two guests that share their inspiring stories on how they navigated the entrepreneurial ecosystem to follow their dreams and make an impact in the world.

Our group chose Kool-Aid as a company that needed to revamp its digital marketing strategy. We conducted a digital audit of all their online marketing channels to see what is going well and what can be improved. Lastly, we determined 3 primary digital marketing tactics that the company could implement for Q1 of 2023.

Working with the Campus Concierge team, our group focused on helping this company appeal to the LGBTQIA+ community. We conducted our own research using Qualtrics Survey.

Founded by Michelle Cauldron, Addition Beauty is the first makeup line formulated with quality ingredients that support fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Our team worked with the founder who recently received funding to create a strategic marketing plan to implement in Q1 of 2022.
